The YOU espresso coffee machine was born to be more than a professional tool. It is a personal assistant, thanks to the possibility of creating manual settings and saving them by inventing original recipes.

You are in control

  1. Thanks to the front lever (paddle) you can change the pressure however you like instantly creating curve custom settings
  2. Monitor the extraction in real time on the display
  3. Memorise your favourite settings to retrieve them whenever you want.

Extraction profiles customisable and storable:

  • x6 standard profiles with optimal parameters presets
  • x12 profiles completely customisable by intervening in all 3 extraction phases, and with the ability to totally disable pre-infusion and post-infusion
  • Your settable manual profiles directly from the Paddle

Just received my new Sanremo You today and have had my first coffee, it is a fantastic bit of kit . Easy to pull a shot with the potential to alter a lot of settings and looking forward to using.
This was one of the best companies that I have dealt with, the service was superb and Darren is a mine of information and help, it’s great to still get the good old fashioned personal touch,
I live in a 2nd floor apartment and was wondering how I would manage to get to You up but Montgomery transport excelled and the driver help me carry it up. The You is a heavy machine .
A quick pic below of my setup but please excuse the mess as have yet to get head round what goes where.
