Using the same components found in Synesso's commercial espresso machines, the ES1 utilizes MVP (manual volumetric programming) technology to give you the best user experience possible. With this feature, you can choose to pull your shots manually, choose a pre-programmed recipe, or create and save your own recipes with pressure and flow-profiles. You can view and tweak the parameters of each shot on the screen above the group and make changes as needed.

ES.1 delivers. With a fuzzy logic control system, our patent pending valve matrix measures temperature, flow rate, and pressure 10 times per second and adjusts the valves accordingly, allowing tight-tolerance control over extraction pressure, temperature, water flow, and volume.
